Content Asset

Published content designed to be discovered, reused, and monetized independently of the creator's ongoing effort.

A content asset is published content designed to be discovered, reused, and monetized independently of the creator's ongoing effort. Articles, guides, glossaries, video scripts, worksheets, and educational material qualify as content assets when published to owned platforms with proper structure.

Content assets differ from content work. Content work is produced for a single delivery and discarded. Content assets are architected to index in search, attract links, support internal link networks, and generate affiliate or lead revenue over extended periods.
